01 · The Mission

Health is a birthright. We help women reclaim it.

100 Healthy Women, Organized The Right Way,
Can Heal the world.

100 Healthy Women is a community-led wellness ecosystem and incubator for holistic health practitioners, enthusiasts & advocates.

At our core, we believe that when women heal themselves, they transform their families and communities. Our mission is to create spaces where women can reconnect to their bodies, access ancestral and evidence-informed healing modalities, and work in collaboration with practitioners, not in dependency on them.

We support holistic practitioners by giving them a platform to share their work, co-create programs, and reach women who are ready to take an active role in their healing. And we support women by giving them education, tools, and guided experiences that help them become stewards of their own health.

It’s not about outsourcing wellness, it’s about partnership. Women healing themselves, supported by practitioners who honor the body’s intelligence and the wisdom of nature.

Together, we are helping women live optimally.

02 · The Ecosystem

100 Healthy Women is a community-led wellness ecosystem helping women live in a healthier, stronger and more intentional way.We hold the power to shape our health.

100 Healthy Women is a movement for women who believe that in the depths of their souls. We are deeply committed to holistic health and to building a healthier world together.

Our practice begins in the mind. We believe we are healthy, and we act from that belief. We listen to our bodies, ask questions, and claim the right to make informed choices about our care. We nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits through daily rituals and share what we learn so more women can exercise that same power.

If you feel called to do this work with us, join the movement.

04 · The Movement

Healthy Is The New Black

HEALTHY IS THE NEW BLACK is a belief system rooted in the idea that health is our truest currency. It places wellness at the center of our identity: how we see ourselves, what we value, and how we choose to live.

It’s a commitment to embody that belief through the care we give our bodies, our minds, our families, and our communities.

The declaration gives that belief a voice. Our daily choices give it meaning. And what we pass on makes it our legacy.

Angela Barnett Williams, founder of 100 Healthy Women, wearing the Healthy Is The New Black t-shirt

Before every habit changes, before the routine feels natural, and before the results begin to show, a woman makes a decision:

I am a healthy woman.

That declaration means you begin to see yourself healthy. Then, one choice at a time, you begin living, moving, eating, talking in a way that honors the Healthy woman you have always been. It’s a remembering.

What you believe shapes what you notice. What you notice shapes what you choose. What you choose repeatedly becomes your rhythm. And your rhythm helps shape your life.

Health is not only something we pursue. It is an identity we can claim, a rhythm we can practice, and a way of life we can build together.

This is how we turn belief into practice:

Decide. See. Feel. Speak. Practice. Repeat.

We believe faith and action belong together.

05 · Our Teaching

Faith sets the standard. Mind-science builds the practice.

Health begins in identity. Before a habit changes, a woman decides who she is. I am a healthy woman.

We start with scripture, and we build on it through daily practice. What you believe shapes what you notice. What you notice shapes what you choose. What you choose, repeated, becomes your life.

Inner work and outer reform are both true. Health begins in identity and consciousness. The world around her still has to change. That is why we advocate.

06 · Advocacy and Legacy

One woman's choice moves a market. A circle moves it faster.

They normalized sick. We are here to normalize healthy again.

Common is not normal. Illness in our community is common. It does not have to be the standard.

Health is agency: the power to make informed choices. Health is autonomy: authority over your own body. Health is freedom: the right to choose what supports you without apology.

A woman who claims her health changes her household first. Then her circle. Then what her community expects as normal.

What We Advocate For

Taking charge of our health starts with knowing what’s in the products we use, understanding what the evidence says, and having a voice in the decisions that affect us. Here’s what we believe women and their communities deserve.

Food

Nourishing food within reach and clear information about what’s added to it and how it’s packaged.

Beauty and personal care

Clear ingredient labels and safety information that reflects how women of color use skin and hair products.

Clothing

Clothes made to last, with clear information about the fabrics, dyes, and finishes that touch our skin.

Water

Safe drinking water in every community and easy access to local water quality results.

Home

Clear information about what’s in our cookware, furniture, and cleaning products so we can make informed choices at home.

Midlife health

Care that takes women’s symptoms seriously, even when lab results are in range, and gives us a real say in how we navigate midlife.

What we want for all humanity

Trusted information. The ability to read a label and ask a better question. Practical swaps that fit real life. A community that acts together.

Our vision

To become one of the largest voices for health and food reform, led by women who are committed to creating a healthier world.

Legacy means building something that lasts. Knowledge, systems and communities that keep lifting women up long after we are gone.

Wellness should not disappear the moment life gets difficult.

Our signature rhythm is built around five simple practices:

Hydrate

Restore what daily stress, movement and busy living take from you.

Move

Build strength, mobility and confidence in ways your body can sustain.

Center

Restore

Honor sleep, recovery and the need to stop without guilt.

11 · The Summit
The 100 Healthy Women Wellness Summit

The 100 Healthy Women Wellness Summit was more than an event. It was our introduction to the community and a declaration of what we believe is possible when wellness leaders come together with a shared purpose.

We brought thought leaders, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and community members into one space to have honest conversations about health in communities of color. Together, we explored the many forces that shape a woman’s well-being, including connection, mindset, movement, financial health, reflection, cultural practices, and access to trusted support.

The Summit demonstrated what becomes possible when we stop working in isolation and begin building together. It created space for knowledge to be shared, relationships to be formed, local practitioners to be seen, and women to experience wellness as something personal, cultural, practical, and communal.

That day laid the foundation for 100 Healthy Women. It was the moment Healthy Is The New Black became more than a phrase. It became a declaration, a responsibility, and a movement.
